It was helpful that each food was split into different videos so that I could go back and watch the one that I wanted to make. I keep making the 蒸茄子 (steamed eggplant) and the番茄鸡蛋 (tomato and egg stirfry) because its just so delicious.

If you’re looking for an incredibly immersive, unique, helpful, course that makes your mouth water throughout the whole thing (my favorite were the Sichuanese mukbangs lol!), I would definitely recommend Panda Cub Diner!!

Comprehensive and thorough without getting bogged down, this course covers a bunch of interesting and delicious dishes and gives a lovely introduction to Sichuan food as a whole. Linda provides a delightful mix of information, anecdotes, pandas, and the occasional cat. All in all, the Panda Cub diner course is fantastic!
